Modem Upgrade?

Hello,

I have been with TPG for a long time and my modem seems to be having issues due to how old the model is. I have upgraded and updated the firmware to its most recent but I think the issues are of wear and tear from its age.

Is there any way to upgrade or get a new modem with little to no cost?

As per our conversation I have organised a modem to replace your current faulty modem.

I will SMS the tracking number for the modem once it becomes available.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for the delivery of the modem.
