Hi

I just received an email confirming that my requested NBN service is active. Will I get a new equipment (modem)? The one I hot at home belongs to the previous renter and I don’t know the SSID and its password.
Any suggestion? Thanks

Most Mode/Router put a sticker on the modem it self where you can see the SSID and WLAN Key.

BTW. You will get your own router. Be patient.

For new NBN order, we always provide our customers their own brand new modem/router for free. The SSID and password will be available on the sticker which is usually located on the bottom or the back of the device.
