Modem needs an upgrade

Hi,

I have been using the router, NetComm Wireless NF12 for the past few years.

Since we had changed plans from the NBN XXL Bundle 12/1 to the NBN Broadband 50

Is it possible I can upgrade to the new TP Link VR1600v?

How should I go on about this?
