Hi there Rod2,

 

Not a problem at all, so i would assume they will offer you replacement of the same TP-Link AC 1200. Model: C1200 dual band 2.4/5Ghz WIFI as this is our standard modem for use with NBN FTTP.

 

I have successfully escalated your request to that department and they should be in contact with you as soon as they are available to further assist you with your modem request Smiley Happy
