Not a problem at all, so i would assume they will offer you replacement of the same TP-Link AC 1200. Model: C1200 dual band 2.4/5Ghz WIFI as this is our standard modem for use with NBN FTTP.
I have successfully escalated your request to that department and they should be in contact with you as soon as they are available to further assist you with your modem request
