NBN Box Missing

Hi, I've just moved into a property and have received my modem, however there is no nbn box in the property. How do I get one and how long will it take?

I have checked your account and NBN classified your address as Service Class 24. This means that the address has been connected to NBN network previously and should have an existing NTD.

If you can't find the NTD, we'll raise your concern to our Provisioning Team and a Case Manager will be in touch to further discuss the matter.
