My area experienced an outage and after the electricity was restored, my NBN connection box keeps on ticking and there’s a flicking red light.
I’ve tried restarting my modem and have contacted TPG. I was notified that I would get a call within 24 hours for an update. However, I have not received an update.
Can someone look into my case please? Thank you for your time.
