NBN Connection box no lights after nearby lightning strike

In the midst of the Brisbane rain rain rain today we had a loud bang and nearby lightning strike and our wifi stopped. Checking the equipment - the wireless router is on and connecting, but the NBN Connection box has no lights, no life. I’ve done the turn it off and back on again multiple times, tried other power points but still no life. How do I get help or a replacement?
It’s bad enough all this flooding - I don’t want to think about weeks of waiting for it to be fixed!
