NBN Modem cannot be turned on

Have you tried a different power outlet and power adapter?

Was there a power surge in your area?

Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to check on the warranty of the device.

I usually turned off at night, and turned on in the morning.  This morning, I had tried different plugs with no luck.  Will PM you...
