NBN box red optical light

Have no internet access. Have reset NBN box (with paper clip) and also turned off power for 30 seconds. Optical Light remains red.

NBN website indicates that the service provider needs to log a ticket (customer cannot).

Please call via ksmo11 contact phone number listed to confirm this has been reported to NBN
