NBN installation appointment

Hi Rajen

When I check tpg.com.au/install it says installation is still progressing and my appointment time does not show? Is this normal? I just want to make sure tech shows up on 08/05.

        This is what I found on NBN system

Status: Reserved

Appointment time slot: Thursday, 07 May 2020, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Reason code: RESERVED

Description: The appointment has been successfully reserved and is waiting confirmation from NBN Co
