We have only been with TPG for one week and we have NOT had much luck.
We connected Tuesday last week and the internet worked but very very slow for 2 days and since then we have had no internet at all for 4 days.......not sure what is going on but I certainly did not sign up for this!!!!

We understand that you were able to reach our Tech team and the case is now escalated to our Engineering team. An NBN technician was requested to help us with the investigation and fix the fault within the NBN network.
