Get online support
Hi There,
My nbn connection suddenly stopped working. When i checked the router settings it was showing following settings
DNS server, Gateway and IP address are 0.0.0.0
I tried too re-enter my username and password still not connecting
Not sure what else i need to do ? unable to connect to TPG support

You may reset your modem to see if you will be able to browse. If not, you may check this community discussion thread on manually changing the DNS - https://community.tpg.com.au/t5/Modems-and-Devices/How-to-change-dns-server/td-p/5966
