Nbn FTTC device not working

My FTTC connection device is not working. The LED indicator is not getting turned on. How can I order a new FTTC device?

If the NBN NCD box is not turning on, then it might be faulty.

To confirm it, have you tried to connect it to a different power outlet?

If yes, kindly send me a PM with your TPG account details for us to raise the replacement of the device.
