Netcomm N300 continues to reset to factory settings

I currently have a Netcomm N300 with my TPG NBN connection. The modem continues to reset itself to the factroy settings. There does not seem to be any reason or consistent time or event for it to happen and this happens, maybe, every 2-3 weeks.

Why is this happening?
