Hi, I have a netcomm wireless nf12 and I was wondering if I could upgrade and purchase a new modem through TPG?

What type of NBN technology do you have? It appears that Deco X20-DSL is a VDSL modem. We can provide you the basic settings required to test it.

It’s HTTN,
I got ASUS DSL-AX82U AX5400 or TP-Link AX5400 as solution if TP-Link AX1800 Deco can’t connect.

Hi @antundominkovic ,

 

Use the following settings for the WAN or Internet settings.

 

VLAN = 2

connection = VDSL PPPoE

username = TPG username

password = TPG Password

 

Let us now how it will go.
