New modem/router

Hi there,

Is it possible to get a new modem free of charge as my current one had been used for 5 years already, it is only 2.4ghz band.

I've been a customer for 5 years, the equipment was never upgraded and i see now most of the ISP's offer a wi-fi 6 dual band modem/router, inclusive TPG offer it for new customers.
