Are you upgrading from NBN FTTN to FTTP? 

Are you an existing TPG customer? Or you have NBN FTTN with your previous provider, then you've switched to us for the upgrade?

Did you pick the BYO plan or bundled one?

We do not provide a modem/router if you picked the Data only NBN plan (Buy Your Own - router).
