New router compatibility - ASUS RT-AC5300

Hi there,

I've recently acquired an ASUS RT-AC5300 router. Will this be compatible with my NBN setup? If so, what steps will I need to take to replace my current router (originally supplied by TPG)?

Hi @vanillarycebaby . The settings for Asus are same as supplied router.

PPPoE, username + @tpg.com.au and password. If supplied router has VLAN ID=2 setting, that is needed with Asus. This iiNet article describes this setting for Asus RT AC-68U which similar menu layout as AC5300.
