4 days ago. Suddenly No Internet + no landline. The visible hints is wifi modem Internet led off. Many different attempts without success by myself and instructed by tpg staff.
I contacted tpg. But yesterday the services back before the nbn technician arrived this morning.
Since all working, the nbn technician did nothing.
Now they are not working again.
No Internet + no landline, the Tplink modem Internet led off.
Also the tpg app is also not working even I used mobile data.
In Kensington, Melbourne.
