No NBN internet connection

Hi there

The power to my broadband and NBN modems was temporarily switched off and when it was turned on again the 'connection light' on the NBN modem was flashing red. I tried to reset the connection box by holding the reset button for 1-2 seconds however it has not worked. Can you please advise on what I can do to get my internet connection back.

Hi @MariaPW, thanks for providing the account details via PM. Are you able to check if the NBN Connection Device or White Box and the TPG Modem are currently connected and on?
