Hi TPG support, need help to log case with engineer. Everytime there's a power outage in my area, the NBN line sync never gets restored. Please assist in contacting me as this has happened a few times before now and your current customer support line is super duper busy starting only a callback option is possible. And your latest callback is apparently tomorrow sometime.
Hi @Anonymous @Anonymous please help. It's happened again and it's been 11 hours past since power came back but still NBN line sync has not restored. Suspect issue at exchange or what ever that junxtion box thing is called outside.
