No connection

I have moved to new house and i have advised to transfer my internet service to my new property. I have received a text message that it has been transfer and installed but when i check the internet at the new address, its not working. Waited for 2 hr 52 mins for call back but no luck.

An NBN technician was booked and managed to resolve the issue.

 

It is now showing that the service is connected within specification.
