No internet

Hey everyone, we had a huge storm last night and ever since, we’ve had no internet. I’ve checked the service status for my area and it says everything is running and there is no issues. I’ve also restarted, hard reset, turned off and on my modem, disconnected it completely for 10 mins and started again and nothing has worked. Any suggestions, besides calling cause I’ve called twice and have spent 4 hours on the phone and no answer, thank you for any suggestions in advance.
