No sim activation button in account

Hi,
I’m trying to activate my new sim but there is no button to do so in my account. Help please!

Hi @raebennetts74,

 

Welcome to TPG Community!

 

What device did you use to access your "My Account" page? Did you use a computer or just the mobile phone?

 

If you've used the mobile phone to access the website before and was not able to see the button, please try to use a computer as it may be visible there.

 

If it's still not working, please let us know.

Hi BasilDV,

 

Thanks for responding. I have tried both computer and mobile, still no activation button. Logged out and in, even rebooted the computer. Please advise.

In “My Account” there is no section for “TPG Mobile Services”, or “View All Mobile Service Accounts”.
