How do I order a new modem through tpg. I have broken my old one. I have bought a second hand modem the exact model of the broken one but it won't connect to the internet. Any help would be appreciated.
What particular modem/router you are trying to setup? To better understand the situation send me your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
