I am trying to setup a new modem and have forgotten my password. I have tried everthing to get this actioned. I have had no internet for a week and this has affected my business. Please I am getting frustrated with this. No one responds to phone calls and I keep getting error messages when I apply online. I am going around in circles.

Apply online? Is that the "Forgot your password?" link on the logon screen? What errors do you get?
