Poor mobile reception

Hi,

I’m experiencing poor mobile coverage started about a couple of months ago, how can I get help from TPG to look into it?
Most days I only get one or two bars of 4g reception and sometimes it switches to 3G or SOS.
I have tried the troubleshooting instructions online without success.
