Hi,
My TPG-provided NBN router started to play up. The 2.4 band is often unavailable and I have to reboot the router to get it back. And then it is inconsistent and often disappears. And the strength of the wifi is not great. I am not sure if there is something I can do or it's time to get a new router, and if I need a new one can I get one from you? Can you please advise me? Thank you.
