Replacement Modem:

I was recently sent a new modem to replace an old one which is playing up.

If I'm simply replacing it with an existing NBN FTTN Broadband account, do I need to set it up or simply plug it in?

Hi @gnbfhb

The replacement modem/router from us is preconfigured.

This means that you just need to connect it the same way your old modem/router was connected.

In case that the modem did not connect to the internet after a few minutes. Then we've created an article that will guide you on how to configure it.
