I'm looking to replace the archer modem with a Deco M5 /9 or similar. Do i need to call up to change my plan to BYO modem? Or can i just implement myself?
Hi @AndyT1 . No need to change plan. Your phone number just ceases to work. The replacement must have the proper physical connector. The other consideration is VLAN ID=2 setting. This varies between brands and models.
