Reset button or reset pinhole is found on the side or at the back of the modem. All you need to do is press and hold it for a few seconds until the lights go blinking.
Do note that once reset is done, the modem may go back to its default settings and you may lose your internet connection. If you need to set it up again, here's an article that you can refer to: New Connection Setup Help
