Returning modem

On the 20th of May I was told a postage bag would be sent to my address. I’m not driving 20 minutes to go and print labels off then another 20 minutes to drive back home. After sending another email yesterday I was sent the same generic email about printing labels off once again. So is a postage bag going to be sent or not?

I’ve received an email stating I owe $168 for the modem now? I’ve waited 27 days for a postage bag to send it back.

A post pack was sent via AU post and will arrive within this week. Once received, please follow the instructions to arrange a carrier pick up.

Once done, please notify us with the tracking number that will be provided.

The fee will be reverse or waive once we received the device.
