Returning wireless modem after switching to NBN

Hi all,
I have had my NBN with TPG for a few weeks now, after switching from the wireless broadband plan. However, I have not received any instructions as to how or where to return the wireless modem (I have checked junk mail of emails but to no avail). Please help as I do not want to be charged for this!
