Hi I have a NetComm Wireless router which I got when I first signed up with TPG NBN in November 2015.  Just wondering if it should be upgraded as it is now 8 years old.

Hi @SuziQ64 . TPG will be happy to sell you a new router. Are you having problems with the Netcomm unit?

What model is it?

Certainly, a modern router will be faster, and have 2 wifi bands, all gigabit ethernet ports.

If you use the TPG VOIP home phone, you have to use the TPG-supplied router. Otherwise, you can buy nearly any other brand/model.
