Sagemcom 5866 5G Modem

seem to have issues connecting to some of the devices .
have switched to public ssid- will try and connect but days unable

What are the devices that are not able to connect to you Sagemcom modem/router?

Are you able to detect both 2.4GHz and 5GHz band network?

 

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

I've tried an ipad and laptop.

troubleshooting I've tried is resetting network settings on inadequate, as well as power cycling both router and device.
I've also tried moving closer and repositioning inadequate and router closer distance and I still get the same error.

I've also tried un-hiding my ssid on router and i am still unable to connect.
both 2.4g and 5g can be seen but still cannot connect.

What error message did you receive?

Can you forget the network on your iPad and Laptop, then try to reconnect once again?

It should ask for the WiFi password once done.
