Sagemcom F@st 5356 Configuration

Hi,

 

I'm trying to connect Sagemcom F@st 5356 modem to my new TPG NBN connection.

Got to the point the link light is Green. However the internet light is staying White. 

 

Can anyone help?

We do not have information about the User interface of the Sagemcom modem but in the event that you are with TPG NBN FTTN, HFC, FTTC you may check this thread for reference.

 

Please see below the settings required to connect with TPG NBN.
 

 

VLAN = 2

connection = VDSL PPPoE

username = myusername@tpg.com.au

password = TPG Password

Sagemcom did not support PPPoe VLAN tagging. So no success. 

Went and bought a TPlink entry level nbn modem and used sagemcom for internal wi-fi. Costed @$119 but worth the investment I guess.
