Setting up NBN

Hi there,

I have received my nbn modem a couple of days ago, however I haven’t received any email in regarding to if the nbn service is active at my address or not.

Can someone please get back to me on that. Thanks

Hi @jieapple

 

NBN Installation has different Service Class types. I've managed to locate your account using your Community details and found out that your service is under Service Class 12 for the NBN FTTN service. 

 

This means that the status of copper is known; jumpering may be required at the node. 

 

I have raised your concern to our Provisioning Team so they can get in touch with you for updates.
