Setting up Netgear AX4200 with nbn

Hi there,

I am looking to get some help with connecting the new router I purchased netgear AX4200. I have spent a couple hours on the phone with netgear trying to connect it to the internet with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I purely purchased a new router as I get a poor wifi connection only 6 meters away from the router.

Hi @lukemorgan2009 . What is the exact model number of the router?

What type of NBN connection do you have?

Settings are PPPoE, username with @tpg.com.au and password. If not FTTP, set VLAN ID=2.

I have set to PPPoE and put in my username and password bug still doesn’t connect. I know these setting normally work because I previously had purchased a Deco router which I connected using the same setting however I had to return it due to disconnecting all the time.
