Get online support
High ping (>400ms) since switching on D-link modem (DSL-5300).
Speed is good no dropout issues.
Never had this issue when using supplied Huawei modem.
Any suggestion?

Experiencing the high ping issue, are you connected via WiFi or Wired connection?
If via WiFi, are you connected to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band network?
What troubleshooting have you done so far?
