Slow router webUI and DHCP lease offers stopping until router reboot

Our VR1600v V2 has to be reloaded several times a day to allow DHCP leases to wireless devices.

The https webUI on the router is VERY SLOW to respond.

Is it really running the latest firmware? My frustration is leading me to consider changing ISP.

Firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 190228 Rel.72265n Hardware Version:Archer VR1600v v2 00000000

Hi lancini.

How many wireless devices are you talking about?

You could try increasing the size of the DHCP pool. If there are no address reservations, it could go from 2 to 254.

And decrease the lease time.

Hi @lancini ,

As @david64 mentioned, 'You could try increasing the size of the DHCP pool. If there are no address reservations, it could go from 2 to 254.'

Let us know how it will go.

On the other hand, I was able to confirm that the modem/router has the latest firmware version.

Please send me your account details (Username/Customer ID) together with the address on file and we'll proceed with investigation to what is causing slow modem/router web interface.
