Switch router from TP-LInk AX420-G2h to Orbi RBK352

Hello, I am new to nbn and purchsed and linked nbn well with the TP-LInk AX420-G2h, however, I cannot switch it to Orbi RBK352 for improve the wifi signal, the key issue is I cannot use the same pppoe login and pw on Orbi but work very well when I replug to TP-Link.... May I know who can help?

Hi @allenchu . The Orbi can only be used on FTTC/FTTP/HFC connection, not FTTB/FTTN. You should reconnect the VX420, note the exact username setting and check if the VLAN ID is enabled and value. 

Set up the Orbi for PPPoE, exact username and password, and the VLAN ID setting.

If VLAN ID is used, this iiNet article describes how to set it on similar model.

This is the solution for using Orbi router on TPG nbn, Great and Help. Just don't know why Orbi and nbn combination so popular here but need general user to set the VLAN manually. Anyways, thanks for great help.
