I guess the issue I'm trying to address is that my service tends to drop out at least once a day and I have to manually reset my router to get the service back up.
I check the TPG service status and NBN service status but almost always there is no work being done in my area.
Are you able to look into why this might be happening?

When you said reset, do you mean factory reset or reboot the mode/router?
