So it's happening again, the frequently drop-outs. It's happening every year in random months, each time results in changing of hardware (the router) after several weeks's analysis.
Here's what appears on router interface:

Thanks for raising this to us. We're sad to know that you're having issue with the service again. We ran an initial test to the service it shows a possible network issue controlled by the NBN co.
