I have the above modem supplied by TPG some years ago. Recently some of the settings became corrupted and required re-entering which took a great deal of time. TP-Link Technical Support advised I should be able to save the settings in System Tools > Backup and Restore.
My modem does NOT have a Backup and Restore menu item in System Tools. The choices I have in System Tools are as follows:
-Time Settings
-LED Controls
-Diagnostics
-Firmware Upgrade
-Reboot
-Administration
-System Log
-SNMP Settings
-Traffic Monitor
There is no Backup and Restore
Can you please advise if there is a Firmware update that will give a Backup function.

The modem/router is currently running with the latest firmware available.
The backup and restore function is not a supported feature on the TPG provided modem/router.
