TP Link N300 Extender slow internet speed

Hi Everyone!

I'm using a TP Link N300 extender but the internet speed when I'm connect to that network is near 30Mbps, however, when I'm connect to the wireless router is 100Mbps. How can I config the extender to reach same or similar speed?

We do not have information about TP Link N300 extender, we suggest to contact the manufacturer support to attain equal speed with the Wirelerss Extender.

Hi @saragarces89 . Does the N300 get a good signal strength from the router?

Wait until the signal LEDs are lit. Make sure the extender is in a location with 3 or more LEDs lit.

Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Wi-Fi Coverage. Is it set to Max?

Is the DHCP function disabled on N300? 

When you connect to the router wifi, what wifi speed do you get between the device and the router?

When you connect to the N300 wifi, what wifi speed do you get between the device and the N300?

Does your device get good signal strength from N300?
