If I change to a Data only plan, will I still be able to receive incoming calls to my Telstra fixed line number?

Do you mean the analogue home phone?

If yes, then no, it will not work anymore as the line has been changed to the NBN.

If the number is still active with Telstra, then you can contact them about what you can arrange for it to work, if it's possible.
