A few days ago my modem TP Link VR 1600V Ver 2.0 stopped providing internet. Only the 2.4G, 5G lights , WAN and power light are on. I have only used this modem for less than 2.5 years, so I would be surprised if there is already a fault in the modem.
There was a recent maintenance in the area. Did it have something to do with it?
I can see that there has been a number of posts concerning the same type of modem.
Can you please check what the problem is?

It may or may not be related to the power outage but you can always check the service status page for network outages.
If there's no outage in your area, you can try the following:
1. Make sure the all cables are intact.
2. Perform a power restart
3. Do a factory reset
4. (If the DSL/WAN is on but the Internet light is off) Do a manual configuration on the modem. Setup guides can be found here.
