TP link Ax1500 connection issue

Hi, I got a Tp-link Ax1500 wifi 6 router and I have already got my nbn account activated as confirmed by TPG technical support team. I configured the router myself and again over phk e with TPG technical support team (same process both time) but I still couldn't connect to internet? Is there anytjing more I have been missing apart from quick setup process. Thank you.


Hey, avinash. Check the link that @david64 shared. Make sure to update the VLAN ID of the connection settings to '2' and try to include the domain '' for the username.
