I am unable to acces to TPG Home Gateway Login (192.168.1.1), even though I can access internet through the modem.
Can you advise how to fix this issue?
If I have to reset the modem, I would like to know how to setup the modem after resetting the modem.
Hi @taurusyj, try the following steps:
1. Make sure your device is connected to the modem network.
2. Check the back/bottom of the modem and confirm the default gateway.
3. Try wired connection.
4. Restart your modem.
